Mark Chadwick (B.Comm; CA) is a Chartered Accountant with in  excess of 25 years experience in  corporate advisory and  management, primarily in  restructuring and turnarounds.

 

Commenced his career in Perth,  and subsequently spent 16 years  working and living in Asia where he led restructuring engagements involving debt  totalling more than US$15 billion.

Shane Volk (B.Bus (Acc); Grad Dip ACG) has 30+ years commercial and  corporate governance  experience in Australian and  international mining operations.

 

He has previously worked across a  diverse range of mining-related  capacities such as exploration  (Placer Dome and Emmerson  Resources), operations (BHP and Placer Dome), business  development (Placer Dome), project development (Altech Batteries) and  corporate governance.

Graeme Purcell (B.Sc Geology) is a geologist, with significant national and international experience spanning 30 years with major resource companies (15 years with Barrick Gold), and junior explorers.

 

He has broad experience in a diverse range of mineral systems including gold, base metals and strategic minerals in various geological terrains and jurisdictions. Graeme’s experience spans the exploration spectrum from generative through to in-mine resource development. He has a strong understanding of mineral systems and has  contributed to mineral discoveries in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Africa and the USA

Steve Massey (M. Sc Geophysics & Geology) has in excess of  40 years of wide-ranging  experience in mineral exploration  in the world’s major metallogenic provinces. These include the Archaean, Yilgarn and Pilbara cratons, Canadian  Shield, USA, West Africa, the Australian Proterozoic and the  Arabian Shield, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, and Indonesia.

 

 

Steve has been consulting to a variety of mineral explorers and producers throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea for the last 20 years.
