Dundas Minerals holds an option to acquire an 85% interest in the Baden-Powell and Windanya projects from ASX listed Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ). The option expires 9 months after the grant of the Capricorn gold deposit Mining Licence (M24/1004); the grant is anticipated mid 2025.
Dundas Minerals has an option to acquire 100% of granted Mining Licence M24/974 (“Rocklands”). The option expires 6 October 2025.
Dundas Minerals holds 100% of Granted Exploration Licences E63/2124, E63/2044 and E63/2045, which are each prospective for gold mineralisation, nickel and copper.
In May 2024, (click here for ASX Announcement) Dundas Minerals reached agreement with West Cobar Metals (ASX: WC1) for it to pay to Dundas a 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty on any future production of Gold, Copper and Nickel from within Exploration Licences E63/2063, E63/2076 and E 63/2083, which Dundas Minerals sold to West Cobar.
